A bit About Me

My name is Anita, and I am based in South Manchester. After 34 years working in education, I transitioned into clinical hypnotherapy, motivated by a longstanding desire to support others in achieving meaningful, lasting change and improvement to their quality of life.

As a qualified practicing hypnotherapist, I bring both professionalism and compassion to my work. I practice Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, a neuroscience, evidence-based approach that helps clients move forward positively and create sustainable change. It is a privilege to work with individuals who are ready to make constructive changes and take control of their wellbeing.

Hypnotherapy is a safe, non-intrusive and deeply relaxing process, often described by clients as a calm and pleasant experience. My role is to provide a supportive, confidential space where change feels achievable and progress feels natural.

Registered with the following internationally recognised organisations, ensures treatments will be carried out ethically and to the highest standard.  I am here to walk every step of the way with you.

Lasting change begins with the right support-and the belief that a better way forward is possible.

I have experience with many clients from diverse walks of life and can lead you through your own powerful transformation. Belonging to the leading professional bodies ensures treatments will be carried out ethically and to the highest standard.

I am continually inspired by witnessing clients build resilience, rediscover confidence, and create a life that feels balanced and fulfilling.
